This page sets out the terms on which the seasonal rental residence in Wellen Park, Venice, Florida is advertised. It is in addition to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, which govern your use of our website and our communications with you.

This page takes inquiries, not bookings

Submitting the form does not reserve the residence and does not create a lease, a rental agreement or any other contract. It is a request for information. A rental exists only once both sides sign a written lease and the required payments have been made.

Nothing on this page is an offer that can be accepted by submitting a form. We may decline any inquiry. No payment is requested or accepted through the inquiry form.

Rate, taxes and fees

  • The advertised rate is $5,500 per month, per residence — not per guest.
  • The rate is shown before tax. Stays under six months are subject to 13% Florida and Sarasota County tax.
  • Cleaning, an HOA application fee and optional club membership fees may apply and are quoted separately.
  • Minimum stay is 30 days.
  • Rates, availability, fees and amenities may change until a signed lease is in place.
  • Deposit, payment schedule and cancellation terms are set out in the lease, not here.

Availability

The residence is offered from November 2026. Dates shown or discussed are not held for you until a lease is signed. Availability is confirmed in writing, case by case.

Golf and club amenities

Golf is not included with this residence. The 18-hole course and pro shop are part of the community and the lanai overlooks the fairway, but course access is not available to renters at this time. This may change in future seasons — ask us before you sign if golf matters to you.

Club and community amenities are owned and run by the community association, not by us. Their availability, hours, rules and any fees are set by the association and can change without notice. Access may require HOA approval and payment of the association's own fees.
